Amdocs ClarifyCRM will be used by UTA Telekom in its customer contact centre with the aim of increasing operational efficiency, streamlining business processes, and improving the quality of customer service.
The implementation at UTA Telekom was led by Cambridge Technology Partners, a Novell company.
No financial terms were disclosed.
