Multimedia messaging services provider Xpedite has had its messageREACH service chosen by financial services provider Admiral.
Admiral is using messageREACH to deliver its e-mail marketing campaigns and, according to a spokesperson for Admiral, the service is costing the company only 4% of a conventional direct marketing campaign.

The messageREACH service is being used for e-mail delivery, collection and tracking to keep in touch with customers and prospects, and to send out newsletters and one-off campaigns to inform customers of new developments.

Admiral typically e-mails around 150,000 customers at one time.

Financial terms of the implementation were not revealed.
