Tweak XP

This program allows you to tweak Windows XP, as well as your system settings. You can optimise your system by freeing RAM, tweaking your CPU and Internet settings. You can also shred files, selectively allow users access to certain programs, and so on. You can make your Windows taskbar transparent, by going to System + Files Tweaks > Make the taskbar transparent.
