<div align="justify"><p><u><b>Browser Companions</b></u> </p><p><b>Keeping SpeedCache updated</b> </p><p>It's necessary to make sure that SpeedCache doesn't show you content that was stored earlier. For this, click on the Settings icon. Now select the Acceleration tab and tick the 'Delete files with each new navigation' option. This will make sure that SpeedCache does not show old files stored in it. </p><p><b>Browsing pages offline</b> </p><p>Close all the browser windows you've kept open. Now, select the Work Offline option from the NetSonic menu, by right-clicking on the NetSonic icon in the system tray. Launch the browser, and make sure that the browser's Work Offline option is not selected. Click on the Favourites or Links in the history of the browser, to view the pages when offline. </p><p><b>Excluding sites from acceleration</b> </p><p>It is better to exclude news sites from acceleration in Netscape. These sites are updated very rapidly, and the cache may show old information. To exclude a site from acceleration, go to NetSonic's Options. Now select the Site Exclusion option under the Settings tab. In the Site Location box, feed in the URL of the site you want to exclude. Click on the Add button and you're done. </p><p><b>Use advanced cache settings</b> </p><p>The default setting of the NetSonic cache is 200 MB. This could be too little or too much, depending on your preferences. To change it, go to Acceleration and click on the Advanced Cache button. You can increase or decrease the cache size using the slider.
