How do I enable/disable my Norton product?

To enable or disable Norton Internet Security or Norton Personal Firewall, perform the following steps:

On the desktop, double-click the Norton Internet Security icon or the Norton Personal Firewall icon.

Left-click Status & Settings.

Click Security.

Do one of the following:

To disable Norton Internet Security or Norton Personal Firewall, click Turn Off.

To enable Norton Internet Security or Norton Personal Firewall, click Turn On.

NOTE: What the button says depends on whether Norton Internet Security or Norton Personal Firewall is enabled or disabled at the time
