<div align="justify"><p><b>Routers only address one part of this QoS functionality —traffic management (and,as we will discuss in this paper only a subset of this as well).Routers do not come equipped with extensive policy setting capabilities. They offer limited classification capabilities. They also do not provide web caching or GUI-based real-time monitoring and reporting.
