Recording journals

Journals are a cool way of noting down your daily log, or even important conversations. You can automatically have certain items such as e-mail messages or meeting requests entered into the Journal. For this, click Options from the Tools menu and click on Journal Options in the Preferences tab. Here, you can select the items to be automatically recorded.
